Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment)
- Compensation: Negotiable (Base salary starts from NT$30,000 ~ NT$60,000 per month, structured bonuses based on performance)
- Employment Type: Full-time / Day Shift
- Headcount Openings: 1 ~ 2
- Work Location: Taichung City, Taiwan (Domestic business travel required)
- Leave: Fully compliant with Labor Standards Act and company policies

Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) related fields.
- Language Proficiency: English (Intermediate or above; capable of technical reading, writing, and effective communication).
- Flexibility: Ability to support shift rotations and on-call schedules.
- Experience: Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are highly welcome (Experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Driver’s License: Valid light/heavy motorcycle license and regular passenger car driver’s license are required.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
- A strong passion for the semiconductor industry and semiconductor equipment engineering.
- Foundational knowledge of mechanical engineering. Prior experience or theoretical knowledge in semiconductor fabrication/wafer processes is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record in structured problem-solving, strong communication, collaborative teamwork, and proactive continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform semiconductor equipment installation, modification, upgrades, and preventative maintenance (PM).
- Execute tool de-installation (hook-down), hook-up, and component/subassembly troubleshooting.
- Specialized modules coverage: Photoresist Coaters/Developers, Wet Processing, Dry Etching, and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD).
- Work extensively inside the state-of-the-art Cleanroom environment, requiring compliance with cleanroom garments (bunny suits) for the majority of working hours.
- Support operational flexibility including shift rotations and on-call support.
Japanese-Speaking Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment)

Job Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to independently compile data and write professional audit reports.
- Possesses basic English communication skills.
- Ability to create visually engaging and creative promotional/educational content (e.g., safety posters, training slide decks).
Key Responsibilities
- Review occupational safety and health regulations, and assist in establishing or updating internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure full corporate compliance with government mandates.
- Compile, analyze, and present EHS performance metrics; generate regular compliance reports and executive dashboards for management decision-making.
- Manage EHS documentation, including meeting minutes, EHS audit reports, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) tracking.
- Plan and execute safety awareness campaigns, designing creative promotional materials to foster a robust corporate safety culture.
- Identify potential hazards within the office and manufacturing areas, and formulate structured risk mitigation recommendations.
- Participate in client site walkthroughs/inspections, document findings, draft technical audit reports, and track corrective action implementation.
- Support client-side EHS projects and deliver required documentation within strict timelines according to client specifications.
- Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventory, distribution, maintenance, and training.
- Audit contractor safety documentation and onboarding qualifications to ensure compliance with government, client, and internal EHS policies.
- Assist in incident investigations, compile evidence, draft root-cause analysis (RCA) reports, and monitor the execution of corrective measures.
- Support general administrative tasks and documentation for EHS committees and meetings.
